CentreMarc's CFO takes all necessary steps and due diligence before starting their projects. As a Subcontractor, we receive our payments in the most timely manner during the project. The only issue our company has seen is when it is time for retainage. They are slow to pay retainage, and the administrator could avoid a lot of problems by communicating the status better.
