How would you describe their payment process, speed, and policy?
They Were able to pay everything on time once they were billed. No delays. They always file a release of lien because they always Pay their laborer, suppliers, and sub.
They don’t accept any deposit until the day they start working on the roof with the permit in their hands. Once they start working we give a 20% deposit, and they don’t come and ask for a second payment they prefer to be paid completely until they complete the project with finalized permit. Very great service and trustworthy
