The good thing about this company is that they have continuous work. We are able to work with them year round. There is no down time. They own so many properties and continue to buy, so we’re able to keep our crews busy.

Steinbridge seems to be one of the fastest growing real estate companies in the country, and we're glad to be part of their growth. They've brought in a new, experienced and fast paced construction management team, that has made it even easier to work with them. They pay well and they pay on time.

One of the reasons we chose to and continue to work with Steinbridge is because they have a long forward pipeline or steady work. They are super active in the region.

As a contracting partner, we have been impressed by the quality of Steinbridge’s work. Tawan Davis, who started this company, has grown it in a short period of time to be a multimillion dollar redeveloper of hundreds of properties. The coverage of Mr. Davis reflects the company’s commitment to excellence in their work. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/christophergray/2018/06/05/tawan-davis-brings-social-responsibility-to-urban-real-estate/amp/

We have worked and continue to work on projects spearheaded by this company. We find that they are efficient and professional. They take their relationships with their contractors and subs seriously. 2 of their previous project leads performed poorly and were terminated after a year on the job in response to contractor feedback.

We have done plumbing work for this company. We have found them to plan their projects well and to pay on time. They are on a biweekly payment schedule that they have never missed with us.

We have put more than 50 roofs on properties Owens and / or managed by Steinbridge. We find that they pay quickly and accept fair pricing for work. We continue to have a long term relationship with them.

One of the reasons that we continue to work with Steinbridge is because they act swiftly to eliminate non-performing contractors and subcontractors. As you know, the underperformance of a single contractor or sub can impact the success and timing of an entire project. The only complaints I’ve ever heard about Steinbridge is from contractors who’d been terminated for non-performance. All others that I’ve interacted with continue to gladly do repeated work for the company because they have lots of projects and pay fairly.

We have been an electrical contractor for the Steinbridge group on over 20 projects. They have always paid in a timely fashion and are a well run professional organization.

We have worked with this company for the last 18 months. They pay within 10 days of receiving and invoice and a lien waiver.

We have done over half a million in work with Steinbridge. We have found that as long as the payment requests and lien waivers are submitted in a timely fashion and as prescribed, they pay quickly and in full.

We replaced a contractor that Steinbridge dismissed and have found them a pleasure to work with. Their business has allowed us to grow from a small shop to a multifaceted midsized firm Because of our expanded work with Steinbridge we have gotten to know their company. One of the earlier comments makes several errors. For example, the company does not take in investors and financial partners. They are self funded by a small group that has been close to the company and its principals for nearly 20 years. None of those investors have ever pulled out but continue to invest with the firm year after year.

Steinbridge does a more complete rehab job than any other city in the region does for single family homes. Their rental projects include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new roofs, new floors and updated systems. It's not surprising that some inexperienced contractors can't keep up. It's informative that the company is investing $60 million in Philadelphia, but only has $100K in contractor disputes and all of those come from a single contractor from out of state. Also, when we looked it up, all of those liens were thrown out. .

Our company has found Steinbridge to be one of the most professional rehab companies in Pennsylvania. We did our research and found that all of the liens against the company were filed by a contractor in New York that had never done work in Pennsylvania. More importantly... ALL of the liens filed against Steinbridge properties by that company were dismissed by all of the courts and that company no longer does work in PA.

Our experience with Steinbridge has been great!!! They are fair and timely in their payments to us and we have done multiple projects with them. You should note that all of the lines filed against the below properties were filed by a single contractor based in Brookklyn New York, not in Philadelphia. That contractor was terminated for repeated L&I (License and Inspection) violations, which Steinbridge takes very seriously.
