How would you describe their payment process, speed, and performance?
This was a special job for the Owner of Monticello Custom Homes. I advice that the staff members assigned to this become more familiar with document differentiation using industry jargon and terminology. There are many ways to demand payment before filing a mechanic's liens and the PM's should at least be familiar wit these forms.
