For one of my clients, we do countertops and cabinets for her, well before sending anything over to install, we send a drawing to confirm. She had confirmed the drawing and she's added more stuff to it during installation. On top of that, she saying we did a shitty job, and now she's asking for a FULL refund after a whole show.. I believe the mistake on both sides but still for a full refund and wants to take us to court . Can I put a lien on the house?

We are materials supplier, and we fabricate windows specifically for each project. Client can’t accept windows at the moment, and we are storing them in a warehouse since June 2022.
We would like to clarify regarding Lien option on specifically fabricated materials, what are the due dates and documents we would need to submit in case client will not accept our product.

FloridaWe (a dry utility distributor) were struggling to recover payment (and communication) from a contractor for some time now & so are moving forward with issuing a lien against the property they are working on. Turns out not only the location for material drop off was incorrectly given to us for the prelim notice, but so was the owner & construction location. Now after they've been put on hold with us; we've found out that they are receiving material from a competitor. Can they (a contractor) get in trouble for knowingly providing us with false prelim info?
