I am a sub-subcontractor for a city job that was done on October 24th 2022. We have not gotten paid for this job as of yet and keep being told that they are
waiting payment from the city and then they can pay us. What are our options here?

We placed a lien for $20K on a property that a subcontractor hired was hired to work on. The owner of the property says he will not pay unless we settle for
