While I was filling out the contact information I added the current name but it seems like levelset automatically added the ex wifes name who has passed away on the letter and we weren't aware until the homeowner received it. I am a General Contractor on a privet job over 100k in the state of LA- I filed a notice of contract to the property owner as required and he refused to sign the notice; Therefore, we can not submit a mechanics lien.
