I am a client of yours with an active account and need to get unconditional release of lien forms signed by every employee on the job. Is this form different than the unconditional release for a contractor?
I am a subcontractor, who hired a subcontractor. I put their guys on our payroll to make certain they were paid in full for all of the work they did, but I do not want them coming back on me in case they were promised something like a bonus on the job by the subcontractor I hired.
Do you have a specific form for this?

My insurance company has agreed to pay for replacement of my roof after storm damage. The roofer has the following language in his contractual terms and conditions:
Any person or company supplying labor and/or materials for this improvement to customer's property may file a lien against customer's property if that person or company is not paid for the contributions.
