I need assistance filling out the SBA Economic Injury Disaster Relief application. I started an LLC in July 2019. I purchased a land and am currently waiting on construction permit. So far my expenses are 100,000 to purchase the land. 20,000 for architect and permit fee. Payment on loan interest 10,000. So my Gross Revenue is 0.00 since i do not generate any revenue. what do I include in the Cost of Goods Sold for the SBA application?

District of ColumbiaA mechanic's lien was placed on my property stating that I am still owing the final payment. Since then, I found out that the two related contractor's that I hired, did not have the proper licenses to perform the work and that the license was strictly renewed (considering the date of the mechanics lien and date of renewal) just for that purpose. The contractor filed the lien knowingly that the work was performed during his unlicensed period. This is in the District of Columbia. Was this a fraudulent or frivolous filing?
