Is there a way to do this conditionally so that we can show intent but wait until payment is received, or do we just have to release the lien and hope that the company that owes us the money will pay in full? I disputed the quality of the job performed and had the state come out and inspect it. it failed he refused to come out and fix it so I refused to pay him and now I wish to sell the property is it still a problem after all this time or has it dropped off? How can you fight a false lein by mistaken identity due to the courts not double checking ssn and such before submitting the judgement?
