We hired a contractor to install new windows on a level of our home in Missouri where both direct employees and a subcontractor were utilized. However, it was brought to my attention that one of the workers was NOT an employee of the contractor or subcontractor but was the adult child of one of the employees. This was brought to light when said employee was observed showing their child how to utilize simple tools on site to complete work on the project.
