Who do I list as the owner for a lien in this situation, or do I list all parties, or just the HOA?

FloridaChange OrdersCollectionsMechanics LienPayment Disputes

The work related to the lien I am filing was done in Multiple Units throughout a Condo building...but technically the company I was doing the work for was working for the Home Owners Association, not the individual units. The HOA is providing Internet and TV to all the units in the building, and my work was related to installing the equipment required for the HOA to provide those services to individual Units in the building. (Its a bulk TV and Internet service, so all units will get the service, however I only installed the equipment in certain Units) What do you recommend?

After reading an article on Levelset, I believe that this work may be classified as "Residential" as the building has been open for a long time already. My work was done years after the building was fully operational

The contractor under which you were working should have recorded a notice of commencement in the public records. That document lists the name and mailing address for the owner where you should send your notice to owner. Note: you only have 45 days from when you first started working to serve this notice, so if you have not served this notice already and it has already been more than 45 days since you started work, then you no longer have lien rights. I encourage you to consult with an attorney because you may have other claims even if your lien rights are expired.

Subsequent to perusing an article about Levelset, I feel that this business can be delegated "Private", since the structure has been open for quite a while. My work was done numerous years after the structure was completely functional. tv8 izle Ucretsiz olarak survivor ve o ses turkiye yarismalarini sizler icin canli yayinlayan tv kanalidir.

Since you were contracted by the company working for the HOA and your work specifically involved installing equipment in certain units for the bulk TV and Internet service, you might want to consider listing both the HOA and the company you were working for on the lien. This way, you cover the broader scope of the project and its direct association with the HOA's service provision.

Regarding the app you mentioned, DoCast - Cast to Chromecast TV, it seems like a handy tool for casting content to Chromecast-enabled TVs. It's available on the Apple App Store with the ID 6446948344. This app might be especially useful if you have a Chromecast TV and want to effortlessly stream content from your device to the TV screen. It's always a good idea to read user reviews and check the app's features before downloading to ensure it aligns with your needs.
