Hello I am a shop owner and I am trying to figure the best way to do a mechanic lien on a vehicle I have worked on quickly. The lady I had handling this sort of thing has passed. She originally sent off paperwork but I don't even know what point in the process she was. I do know she supposedly sent off the publication for the newspaper. Last thing I heard was that the title loan people didnt want to come and get it. Im simply trying to clear space on my yard and sell it. please help
