We have already sent the 20-day preliminary notice before, but the amount of the original contract increased, should we send the same 20-day preliminary notice or what form should we send to them?
You need to serve an amended preliminary notice only if the estimated total price for the work or contribution is 30% or more over the previous preliminary notice.
You do not send the same preliminary notice. It must be an amended preliminary notice as to the new estimated total price.
