What should my next steps be?

I’m a contractor in Wv, I was recently completing a job of building a garage for a women as per our contract. She stopped me before completing the work and wouldn’t let me return to finish the work. She still owes 9,000$ for the work to be completed but won’t let me complete the work. She is now stating that she got other contractors to give estimates on what needs fixed. Is it my right to have the names of each contractor and see their estimates first hand or do I just have to go by her word that I’m the one that owes $6,000 for the job to be finished? Also what is the best option, I told her I would by law need copy’s of each estimate and from who they are from but that I would be more than willing to fix/ complete the rest of the work that our contract constitutes. What should I do? Is there anywhere in Wv I can get free legal advice from? Thanks in advanced
