I did some work for a company BR Linwell who got a contract for doing some sports equipment installation at a college nearby since the project was state/federally funded it was a prevailing wage rate job. (Pennsylvania) I kept getting the run a round from my boss saying he was waiting on payment from the sporting equipment company (knights athletics). I’m a 1099 worker.
