My son is having a new home built. It's a larger home and he hears a new excuse for painters not finishing, wrong appliances sent, floors not being finished on time. Wrong countertops installed. He had to move out of his house on the 20th and planning on moving into his new house the same day. He was told by the builder the night before it may be another week before it is ready. he and his wife and two small children have moved in with us. No work has been done the last two days and they seem to forget what is promised. Is there some type of form they can use outlining promised work and date promised etc? The builder has too many projects going on at once. Thank you, Carl Moore
