surety bond claim

I purchased a truck from a used auto dealer in Angola Indiana. The title that I was given by the auto dealer is invalid by the state BMV I have affidavits from BMV stating that. the dealer did. not disclose THT the title is branded flood from Illinois in writing prior to purchase and the title that they signed off of is total bogus an void. The NADA values the value of a salvage branded title and a non branded clean and clear title as a 70% difference. I am also suffering from loss of revenue since 11/03/2020 at $3,500 a week. for 4 weeks. I feel I have a valid surety bond claim against their surety bond. how do you perceive my situation. the bond company is Auto owners ins. thank u
