If the services were provided pursuant to the contract, they should be paid for - it's as simple as that. One party to the agreement can't unilaterally decide that they didn't want the services after the fact.
Even if the services weren't provided, if the owner didn't reach out to terminate, freeze, or otherwise alter the agreement - they may be in breach of the contract if they didn't allow you to perform your work. Granted, if there was a force majeure clause present, that could change things. Plus, some flexibility may be in order considering the ongoing global pandemic.
Rather than diving headfirst into a dispute, though - it might be worthwhile to negotiate a reasonable agreement with your customer. That could help to preserve the relationship while also receiving some benefit.
