There are two deadlines for liens, the first is 90 days after last date of work. This determines whether you are legally within the timeframe to record a lien. The second is the 150 day "lookback" from either last date of work or recording of lien whichever is earlier. You can only capture money owed for work performed within the 150 day window. In otherwords, take the last work date and go back 150 days. Any work performed in that time frame can be liened. Any work performed before that earliest date cannot.
