MY QUESTION IS REGARDING A PROJECT CALLED PARK NEWPORT APARTMENTS (1312374). WE HAVE RECENTLY ISSUED A N UNCONDITIONAL FINAL RELEASE AND THE PROJECT HAS STARTED UP AGAIN. SHOULD I FILE ANOTHER PRELIM TO BE SAFE OR IS THE ORIGINAL FILING EFFECTIVE IN PROTECTING MY COMPANY?
