To what extent are mechanics liens enforceable by a US construction company doing work in the Bahamas, Jamaica, British Virgin Islands and other Caribbean jurisdictions?

The mechanics lien laws of the location where work was performed will apply. So, for work performed on the soil of another country, lien laws of American states or territories will not apply.
Based on some very quick preliminary research, it does not appear that any of the countries above has mechanics lien laws on the books. However, for ultimate clarity, it'd be helpful to consult with an attorney familiar with construction law in those locations.
However, Levelset has discussed British Virgin Islands' construction laws, to a limited degree, before: Are Charges Similar to Mechanics Liens in the British Virgin Islands?
