My client supplied fuel to a subcontractor at job site. The subcontractor is out of business. The job site consist of many undeveloped parcels titled to one owner. Do we have to file a lien against each parcel, or just one lien listing each parcel owned?
Yes you can. Before looking at a lien, what is the value of the dispute? The bigger question is whether the fuel was used solely on that project. I am happy to answer questions or help out.

Jim,
Thank you. The supplied fuel (diesel)was in excess of 100K delivered to tanks on the job site.. It appears the developer has about 60 parcels and commons areas, perhaps more . I would think one lien listing the many parcels would suffice.
Since things are indexed by owners, one lien should suffice, but the legal descriptions for each parcel need to be included. However, unless there is case law saying that fuel is considered a building material or supply, you may not have lien rights like you would if you supplied nails. You should talk to a lawyer.
