In which type of construction contracts (the contract agreement, the general conditions, the specifications, etc.) do we usually find the "schedule of value"?

Hello!

You will find your answere here: Schedule of values. It is most likely going to be found in the specifications and you will rarely find it called the "Schedule of Values" except in bigger jobs. Smaller jobs will usually call it a quote or an estimate and that's where they line item out costs for labor and materials they estimate the job will cost the customer or what they agree to do the work for.
