In the State of Nevada, do we loose lien rights 90 days after last delivery or labor was done. Or is 90 days after the date of the last invoice?
We are seeking clarification of when lien rights are lost in Nevada. 90 days after we worked on the site or 90 days after the last invoice date.

Good question! In Nevada, the deadline to file a mechanics lien is the later of the following dates: (1) the completion of the work or improvement; or (2) the last furnishing of labor or materials by the lien claimant. Granted, if a Notice of Completion is filed, this 90-day period may be shortened to a mere 40 days.
