If an employee got hurt on a Job can he file a bond claim against the company.

ArizonaBond Claims

I used to work at a Transmission shop and one day working a part using a Lath machine. The part flew off the machine knocking me out so quick that I didn't even see it. Apparently the machine was supposed to have a protective shield that goes over the moving parts. Which non of the Lath machine had one.

Almost certainly not. Bonds are a credit device where a surety will pay a claim or complete performance that someone else was supposed to do. They do not cover personal injuries. The avenue for that would be to either make a worker's compensation claim if the injury occurred on the job or file suit against either the owner or manufacturer of the machine (assuming they were negligent in the manufacture, operation or maintenance of the machine)
