If a customer files bankruptcy do we need to file a claim if we already have a lien claim against the bond?

I received a notification of chapter 7 filed from our customer and a voluntary petition from the bankruptcy court. We sent timely lien notices and a timely lien claim against the bond. Do I also need to file a claim with the court? Thanks.
