I had a fraudulent lien placed on my house. Its expired. How do I get it released please?

I am sorry for this answer, but the correct action is to file a special proceeding and ask a judge to remove the lien. If you do not want to hire an attorney, you might be able to use the Supreme Court DIY. That is available only to individuals, so if the property is held corporately, you will have to retain counsel.
