Sending a Notice of Intent to Lien (NOI) is a great way to increase the pressure on your payment dispute. Since an NOI isn't a required notice under Arizona's lien laws, this can be sent by any mailing method you choose. Just keep an eye on your filing deadline, 120 days from completion of the project.
