Construction on a business in 2014, project completed, the contractor used a subcontractor for dry walls. That subcontractor used another subcontractor to do the job, was fired by the 1st subcontractor after 3 days of work, that subcontractor (2nd subcontractor) placed a lien on my business. I learned about this in 2019 while selling this business. The subcontractor (2nd) never served me with notification of the lien. How should I approach and settle this?
