I work in the Accounting Department of a construction company doing business in California and Wyoming. I see that all unconditional lien waivers must be notarized.

First, it's worth noting that while Wyoming requires lien waivers be notarized, California does not. California lien releases do require notarization, though. As to how notarization of lien waivers is handled, many construction offices will have a notary on staff or at least have a go-to notary who will handle their notarized documents. Regarding how zlien notarizes documents, we have multiple notaries on site who coordinate notarized documents. For more information on which states require notarization of lien waivers, we have this article which addresses all 50 states: Do Lien Waivers Need To Be Notarized?. Further, we've got state-by-state lien waiver FAQs if you're curious about other lien waiver requirements in California or Wyoming (or any other state, of course).
