I have a military job taking place on Wake Island, located about 2300 miles West of Hawaii and 1800 miles east of Guam. There is no country code or any real addresses on the island, it's mostly a refueling stop for the Air Force. How do i get a preliminary notice out for this job? GC is in Alaska.
