In my divorce papers I have a lien against my exhusband. He is required to pay for a car that I have. He has not been paying and I understand his home has a levy for taxes and will be sold on Aug 3rd. I need to know how to make sure this car is paid for when the home is taken.

Unfortunately, Levelset specializes in construction material and labor mechanics liens, so we don't have information for divorce proceeding or auto liens. I would suggest contacting your lawyer that got you that lien, I would think they should be able to tell you what to do next.
