Got kicked off unsigned contract, with no deadline or warning. Also had my equipment removed and put at office. rrect?

MichiganConstruction Contract

Got kicked off an unsigned paint contract with no warning and with no start or end date. Also had my equipment removed and they are teeing me to retrieve it at there office.

Pick up your equipment at least they aren't keeping that too (which I have seen happen) You didn't mention whether you were a subcontractor or working directly for a property owner. you do not say if you are a contractor or subcontractor OR whether you have been paid. Pick up your stuff.. send an invoice if you have not been paid AND file a lien within 90 days of the last day you worked at the site if you do not get paid.
