Final Bill Review

Is there a specific title for the type of professional that I should hire to review our contract and final bill? I am the homeowner finalizing a new build. I am looking for someone in the area of Leicester, NC which is just outside of Asheville, NC. Thanks, Kevin

In terms of reviewing your billings, the type of professional you need will depend on what you need them to do. If you're looking to make sure that all billings disbursements are being made in accordance with the contract - then an attorney's help would be useful. If you're worried about the accounting aspects of those billings, then a construction accountant would be more helpful.
