I am an out-of-state supplier on a project in VA. I do not have a VA contractors license, but sold to a VA subcontractor. The project is a commercial building. If I have to file a lien, do I choose Private Lien or Suppliers and Equipment Lessors Lien? I am not clear on the difference.

Plus, your account manager or the Support team may be able to help you understand how products are intended to be used, or they may be able to shed light on how other businesses use those products.
Where would I find the Public Instructions? It would help me be able to make the determination on my own if I understood the difference. What is the difference between a Private lien and a Suppliers and Equipment Lessors lien?
