I'm the owner of a Church building PROJECT. Why I'm I paying a 5% fee on Stored Materials on my site????? Just trying to understand if this Contractor Fee is standard or even business class. Thanks for your help.

The answer depends on the terms of the contract.

The short answer is probably that your contract says so. As to whether this is normal, I would say, it depends on the contract you have, but for a standard lump sum contract, the answer is no. But again, it depends upon what you negotiated.
