We manufacture cabinets. We are seeing more and more jobs pushed back and customers thinking they can leave their cabinets in storage with us without final payment (we collect 50% deposit) What can we do to enforce that customers do come and pick up their order in a timely manner - for example if a jobsite is shut down for months, our customers will not pick up their order, or pay for it until they are ready. Are we allowed to file a prelien and lien if we still have the product - we are talking hundreds of cabinets and tens of thousands of dollars - thank you
