G3 Junk Removal provided our service to Jeff Cowley on March 7th 2023 at 116 S Lincoln Aberdeen WA 98520. Property is one of Jeff Cowley Rental properties, previous renters left a lot of stuff, we as a junk removal provide it our service that included the labor for two man crew and all the disposal fees for all the items that where removed form the rental, our estimate was for $1,600 it was agreed to be payed in full as soon as the job was completed. Once the job was completed we asked for the credit card to collect $1,600 the property manager Stephanie told us that Jeff did not want to pay for it with a credit card in which it was agreed upon job been completed, because he wanted this to go through the insurance claim. We where asked by Stephanie if we worked with insurance claims we told her, we DO NOT work with insurance claims, this was clearly advice prior to starting the job an as estimate was provided, if we would have been told by Jeff or Stephanie prior to starting the job we would have never taken the job. Do to going through insurance claim and Legal help to attemt to collect for debt, price will increase to $2,500 for the inconviniance that this has cost our company with the labor and disposal fees, gas, wear in tear of our trucks an providing a service that is out of our 50 mile radius but we were trying to help him out as we are also pushing our service area to keep growing.
