I am a G.C. I started & completed a residential roof Replacement in Dec. The last payment I received was late March & I was told by the property owner that they will not be making payments anymore & if I had to, to take legal action. What should I do?
If they are refusing to pay, and you are still within lien rights. That would be recommended. I do help contractors get paid, and have been doing just that for 14 years. Feel free to call or email me and maybe I can help.

IF not hire an attorney, file suit and collect your money.
