I own and operate a seamless gutter business. A contractor and I had a verbal agreement regarding completion of a gutter install. We completed the install, invoiced the contractor and he has been ignoring all calls/texts for 3 weeks. We still aren’t paid and have plenty of documentation regarding an agreement. Do I have grounds to file a mechanics lien
