My fiancé bought the house that I found to flip. I did most of the design work- found materials- negotiated materials- did demolition- paint- and paid for some of the material that went into the house- we have been living there together since 2017- the pandemic caused our wedding to not happen and I’ve been going back and forth from Vt taking care of my parents. All of a sudden he wants to call off the engagement. The house has more than doubled in price - originally listed for 379 reduced to 350 and I negotiated 286- it’s not valued over 700k. He pays tge mortgage but I’ve paid most groceries and some of utilities along with paying for most of the furnishings .
