We are a landscape company here in North Carolina and we have recently performed a landscape installation to a commercial property in South Carolina for the General Contractor for that project. We have performed all of our duties according to contract. During this project, much of the landscape was damaged due to other subcontractors working at this project, we sent numerous emails to general contractor with pictures of the damages including multiple change orders and they were not approved. General contract is now withholding final payment for us not repairing the damages caused by other companies.
