Can a subcontractor I did not hire file a lien on my home 2 years after installation of the heat and AC units on new construction? They completed warranty work recently and are using that date as the last work provided. I had no contract with them and I have paid the contract in full to the general contractor and have no change orders with them. The general contractor did not pay the sub.
