My husband replaced the ENTIRE brake system, pads, rotors, calipers, AND lines throughout a vehicle and have received no payment in now five months. He wants to file a lien for the vehicle BUT we were told the state of Indiana already has a lien on it for back child support. Are we able to do ANYTHING??
