Will the lien waiver provided by the bank in Arizona be okay?

The Legislature has established four types of statutory waivers and releases forms to be used to waive and release lien, bond and payment rights during and after construction. These statutory forms are to be used by all contractors, subcontractors and materialmen. They should not be modified in any significant respect.
So as long was what the bank is providing is matches what is in the statute, then the waiver will work.
