I have completed a home renovation project using a general contractor. The contractor used subcontractors. I will have a meeting to make a final payment. At that meeting, I want an unconditional release from the contractor for all claims, liens etc. by the Contractor AND any subcontractor or materials providers the Contractor used on the project.
