Chuck is a nationally-recognized design-build custom home builder and remodeler and owner of Chuck Miller Consulting LLC, Chuck Miller Education Services LLC, and former President and CEO of Chuck Miller Construction Inc. Chuck Miller Consulting LLC provides construction consulting including Business Planning and Coaching for Builders, Remodelers, and small construction businesses; Mediation, Arbitration, Independent Decision Maker, and Expert Witness Services; and Construction Project Management for Owner-Builders. Our clients are small volume builders, remodelers, and construction trade contractors; government licensing board, attorneys specializing in construction related issues, and owner-builders undertaking residential or light commercial construction projects. Chuck Miller Consulting’s clients include the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses Idaho Contractors Board for which he reviews investigative reports on consumer complaints against contractors based on the Board’s laws, rules, and code of ethics, provides a written evaluation of the information in the report, noting any perceived errors, omissions, or irregularities regarding the techniques, practices, and conduct of the contractor involved and provides his professional opinion regarding the quality of the services provided, the ethical appropriateness of the client/professional relationships, other areas appropriate to the allegations or evidence, and other information believed to be relevant, including scope of practice and ethical issues consistent with the appropriate Idaho laws and rules and any applicable ethical codes governing practice, and rendering his expert witness testimony regarding his assessment of the contractor’s compliance with the statutes and rules governing practice under Idaho law.
