About Tyler Chastain
Mr. Chastain was born in Cleveland, Tennessee on January 2, 1968. He was admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee in 1993. He attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville, receiving a B.A. cum laude in 1990, and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a J.D. in 1993. He was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta.
Mr. Chastain joined the law firm in 1997. He was formerly with Hodges, Doherty & Carson. He is currently a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations; Defense Research Institute, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mr. Chastain practices in the fields of general civil litigation, commercial law, workers compensation defense, debtor-creditor law and employment law in state and federal courts. He is licensed and admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court.
