A Purdue engineering graduate, she has worked as civil engineer at two Indiana firms, and as partner in a construction law firm. Clients have turned to Theresa for resolution of stormwater drainage disputes, representation in construction delay and defect litigation, handling of significant mechanics’ lien and payment matters, and formation of regional utility districts.
